| We send you an email that will allow you to link to our secure server to upload your tax documents. We then send your completed returns through a secure email with the ability to E-Sign and pay with an E-Invoice. |

| Once we receive your documents we will call you to get some initial questions answered. When the return is complete we will go over results via phone. You then have the choice of stopping into the office to pick up your completed return, sign and pay— or use the secure email to receive your completed return, E-Sign and pay via E-Invoice. |

| You schedule an appointment for us to complete the return with you in the office. This is not always an option for more complicated and time consuming returns (E.g. rental properties, businesses, high number of investment transactions, and others). |
